Alpine Adventure holiday in the French Alps

The trip to the French Alps is often the most popular tour in school, given the outstanding natural beauty, an exhilarating range of adventurous activities and a superb choice of curriculum led excursions.

Our Mountain adventure travel tours, based in the Haute Savoie region, is one of the most demanding and rewarding of all our Adventure activity programmes, but as a result it is often the most popular and early booking is highly recommended.

Our alpine adventure tours are based in the pretty village of Megeve, easily accessible by autoroute from Calais. Enjoying dramatic scenery, this delightful mountain village has superb sports and leisure facilities.

It is completely up to you how adventurous you would like your activity programme to be, but it could include white water rafting, high ropes, canoeing, windsurfing, sailing, mountain biking and guided mountain walking. For a small supplement we can include the thrill of exploring this alpine environment on a via ferrata.

The Haute Savoie region also offers a wonderful selection of curriculum led excursions and is particularly suitable for Geography, History and Language students. Because of its excellent links to the continental motorway system, Calais is only 12 hours away.
