All activities have an appropriate operating licence, suitable levels of Public Liability Insurance and conform to Voyager Codes of Practice. In addition, compliance with the standards set out by the appropriate National Governing Body or Licensing Authority will be required as the appropriate minimum safety standard.
Senior, trained and qualified staff members select and audit accommodation to ensure all properties conform to all local and European legislation, as well as meeting Voyager’s published Health & Safety requirements. Coaches contracted by Voyager School Travel comply with all relevant UK and European legislation, including those laws concerning seatbelts on coaches and drivers hours.
All air, rail and sea transportation complies with regulations set down by the appropriate Maritime and Coastguard agency, Civil Aviation Authority or equivalent regulatory body.
All monies paid to Voyager are protected! Voyager is fully bonded through ABTA and ATOL.
