Coaches

We have built up long standing relationships with key coach suppliers to ensure you receive the quality service that enhances your group’s experience.

Travelling by coach is often the most affordable and most convenient option for large groups going to Europe. Benefit from direct transportation to your chosen resort, easier supervision of your group and flexible travel plans.

A standard coach is allocated to tours involving no overnight travel on the continent. Standard coaches are generally 49-seater modern vehicles with PA system, radio cassette and forced air ventilation. All coaches are available from any destination in mainland UK and come fully equipped with seatbelts. Coach prices are based on a minimum of 35 paying passengers with a 1:8 free place ratio.

FREE upgrade to Executive Coach for all tours involving overnight travel on the continent. Executive coaches come with reclining seats, toilet and video/DVD. Air-conditioned coaches can be supplied at a small supplement.

All coach companies must comply with the requirements of our Safety Management System.

Ferries

Voyager work with all the major ferry companies and have secured competitive rates on a wide choice of routes. Please telephone us for more details.

Eurotunnel

Eurotunnel offers shorter channel crossing times (35mins) allowing you to make the most of your trip. Again, we have secured competitive rates for our groups. Please telephone us for more details.

Flights

Voyager offer excellent value for groups wishing to fly. We can organise air tours from many regional airports using low cost and scheduled airlines. Voyager holds its own ATOL licence for all air arrangements. A full passenger names list is required upon confirmation of your booking.
